Service Description

Join me for a Soul Session, to reconnect to your divine feminine energy. Each class is led intuitively. I will use a combination of Kundalini yoga, meditations, mantra, and a deeply shifting sound bath with the singing bowls. There is space after to connect and share your journey with a vegan treat. The class is all about connecting you to your divine feminine energy, and opening up to your creativity, passions, and purpose. So if you are feeling a bit stuck, confused, or overwhelmed the soul session will help to bring you back into yourself with clarity. Classes are suitable for Men and Women. Dress comfy in white if you like to join me! :) no experience is required. Mats are provided.
