Service Description

Join me for Soul Session, to reconnect to your divine feminine energy. Each class is led intuitively. I will use a combination of Kundalini yoga, meditations, mantra, and a deeply shifting sound bath with the singing bowls. There is space after to connect and share your journey with a vegan treat. The class is all about connecting you to your divine feminine energy, and opening up to your creativity, passions, and purpose. So if you are feeling a bit stuck, confused, or overwhelmed the soul session will help to bring you back into yourself with clarity. Classes are suitable for men and women. Dress comfy ! no experience is required. Mats are provided but please bring a blanket / pillow.
